When the gutter is actually a clean place. The sewer on the other hand is never a clean place. So wouldn’t it be more accurate to say someone’s mind is in the sewer?

Most people do not want their landlord outside their windows on a latter. If you will not be doing this yourself it is best to let your landlord know there is an issue with the gutters. There is no way to know this without being at the house during a rain storm.

For cleaning outside the gutters, the high pressure washer will do the job. I live in Guam where its very humid and mold is a constant problem. The pressure washer handles the job.

Once in a while I use some simple green. I soak the area down, saturate it with simple green, scrub it with a fox tail or puch broom, then pressure wash it. Simple green is biodegradable and does not hurt the environment and it actually works very well.
