End of October Time for Gutter Cleaning

Monday, October 27th, 2008

It is the end of October and time to think about getting your gutters cleaned. Even though the trees still have leaves on them you have to get your gutters clean before a heavy rain, that is when the damage happens.

It only takes a handful of leaves over the top of your downspout opening to stop your gutters from working properly, once that happens water will stop going down the downspout and start to overflow your gutters.

One way to keep this problem from happening is to keep your gutters clean in the fall it may have to be done every week but it is essential to the health of your homes foundation.

The other option is to buy a gutter guard system the one we recommend and install for our customers is here: Gutter Guards in my opinion it is the easiest on the market to use and I recommend it to all my customers, the best thing is most people can do it themselves!
